Education
We have a number of programs available to assist individuals and teams to transform themselves and their organizations.
We offer the following transformational programs:
- Awaken the Hero Within! – This program focuses on deep change and help delegates to understand the importance of finding and aligning their purpose and the change cycle that inevitably are closely interlinked with living a meaningful life.
- Break the Threshold! – This program is an immersion program for which we limit the number of delegates at an off-site venue in the African wilderness for a personal transformational experience.

Coaching
We offer one-on-one and group coaching services to individuals and groups that are planning, or are in the process of deep transformational change. We use an approach which focuses on clarifying purpose and a structured approach based on an interpretation of Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey.
Our coaching offerings are:
- One-on-one virtual coaching sessions – On occasion we have limited spots available for a select number of people who are serious about creating deep transformational change. If you are interested to take up one of these spots, please contact us for a no-obligation virtual call.
- Group coaching – We offer group coaching sessions which has the aim of clarifying shared purpose (team or organisation), and assisting in facilitating clear outcomes in terms of deep and transformational change. Please contact us for more information.
Coaching programs are designed according to individual outcomes and requirements.
Consulting
We offer transformational change agents to assist on change projects and initiatives in organisations. Transformational change agents will use a blend of education, coaching, mentoring and advise to assist organisations with deep transformational change. Specific areas of focus include:
- Renewing customer focus
- Values based change
- Radical Change – Deep change due to disruptive change, radical organisational change and structured cultural change
- Exit Programs – Retrenchment education, coaching and preparation for a future outside the organization.

Consulting interventions are planned with a core team from an organisations and proposals with the appropriate services and interventions are prepared and authorised prior to consultants engaging with audiences.
